Global Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs to improve global reliability performance.
• Analyze data to recommend cost-effective reliability improvements.
• Lead or participate in onsite reliability assessments.
• Support regional teams in implementing equipment reliability programs.
• Assist in developing and enforcing Asset Integrity Management (AIM) standards.
• Collaborate across departments to address long-term asset reliability concerns.
• Own and support programs such as RAM, RCA, FMEA, PM reviews, and spare parts analysis.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years in projects, reliability, or operations in an industrial setting.
• Strong expertise in maintenance and reliability of mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance strategies (e.g., Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, RBI, CMMS).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel globally (up to 15%).
