Aufgaben

  • As a Senior Web Analyst (m/f/d), you will develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker and Looker Studio into our organization.
  • Through targeted analyses, you derive meaningful insights that enable recommendations for action for product development, marketing and management.
  • You are responsible for the introduction and use of Optimizely, design and manage A/B tests and derive concrete measures based on the results in order to sustainably improve the conversion rate and user experience.
  • You ensure high data quality, develop automatic reports, establish performance KPIs and make the influence of analytics on business decisions measurable.
  • You communicate complex issues in an understandable way, support internal teams in the use of analytics tools and thus promote a data-oriented culture throughout the company.

Profil

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing or a comparable background.
  • Several years of experience with Google Analytics (incl. GA4), tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager) as well as Looker and Looker Studio.
  • In-depth understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization and confidence in using tools such as Optimizely.
  • Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate these into concrete measures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
