UX Designer - Senior Level (m/f/d)

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to help shape METRO Marketplace - our growing e-commerce platform present in 6 European markets. In this role, you'll drive user-centric product development through thoughtful design solutions that enhance our digital shopping experience.
Working within cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in:

• Developing comprehensive user journeys and workflows
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
• Conducting usability tests and analyzing user behavior data
• Contributing to our design system and ensuring consistent experiences
• Collaborating with product teams to define the future of our marketplace
• Translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences

You've got

• 6+ years of experience as an UX/UI Designer for digital products, preferably in e-commerce and/or B2B e-commerce
• Strong background (at least 2 years) in product-oriented organizations, demonstrating end-to-end product development expertise
• Experience in working in Agile environments
• Experience in Service Design is a big plus
• Proven ability to create and maintain experience design deliverables (journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, design systems)
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience with UX research tools (Hotjar, Condens, Optimizely, Google Analytics)
• Expert knowledge of Figma and working knowledge of Design Systems
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to clearly present design concepts to diverse stakeholders
