aicoustics is a Berlin-based startup pioneering Generative Audio AI technology for speech enhancement. We're on a mission to redefine how people experience speech quality and intelligibility in real-time communication and media content serving millions of users across diverse verticals. Our approach goes beyond noise suppression, crafting listening experiences that set new industry standards.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Lead to join our fast-growing team. As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and position aicoustics as a global leader in the audio enhancement industry. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target markets.

Tasks

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence in the audio technology industry.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Oversee all marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience and maximize ROI.
  • Content Management & Strategy: Manage content across various channels (website, email, blog, social media) while coordinating freelance copywriters. Develop a content calendar and apply data-driven insights to optimize engagement.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Continuously improve SEO performance and manage an external SEO specialist to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Customer Success Stories: Generate compelling success stories and testimonials from customers to build trust and credibility.
  • Trade Fair & Event Preparation: Assist in organizing and preparing for trade fairs and industry events to showcase our technology.
  • Technology Demonstrations: Enable users to experience our audio enhancement technology through engaging samples and interactive content.
  • Performance Marketing Management: Manage, track and analyze performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and freelancers to optimize ROI.
  • Thought Leadership & PR: Establish aicoustics as a thought leader on LinkedIn by managing an external LinkedIn creator. Oversee PR initiatives and press-related tasks to strengthen brand authority.
  • Product & Feature Launches: Develop marketing strategies for the successful promotion of new features and products.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Approach: Leverage analytics to evaluate and continuously improve all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience with a significant portion spent in a leadership role within a startup environment.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in marketing audio products or similar technology-driven goods is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive market growth with a focus on content strategy, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify trends. Experience in managing marketing analytics tools is a plus.
  • Content & Social Media Expertise: Experience managing content across multiple channels, working with freelance writers, and establishing brand presence through thought leadership (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • SEO & Performance Marketing: Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience managing freelancers/agencies for performance marketing and SEO optimization.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to craft compelling success stories, testimonials, and PR initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Flexibility & Creativity: Must be adaptable and innovative, capable of thinking outside the box and adjusting strategies to a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Event & PR Management: Experience in organizing trade fairs, industry events, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
