A top tier investment management house is currently seeking a dynamic Manager - Marketing Strategy to oversee and execute marketing initiatives across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

As a key member of the regional marketing team, the Manager – Marketing Strategy will drive the development and delivery of impactful marketing plans to elevate brand awareness and the firm’s reputation in the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Manager – Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and product adoption in wealth and institutional channels.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to promote the firm's investment capabilities, products, and services across the DACH region.
  • Manage and develop a junior member of the team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights that will inform business development efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of targeted content and digital campaigns, including email marketing, events, PR, and media outreach, to support brand positioning and drive engagement.
  • Develop strategic messaging tailored to the region.
  • Maintain an effective budget and resource allocation.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Work with PR and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective implementation across channels.
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns for local relevance.

The Manager – Marketing Strategy will meet the following credentials:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in wealth management and intermediary marketing, specifically in the investment management sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing channel marketing strategies in the DACH region.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on person with excellent project management skills.
  • A passion for elevating marketing strategies and embracing new trends.
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and market dynamics in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
