Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing and reviewing agreements with medical service providers and third-party administrators
• Creating and completing new contracts using sample forms and controlling templates
• Organizing customer data and other contract-related documents to ensure proper storage and quick access
• Monitoring and evaluating contracts with internal guidelines and legal requirements
• Collaborating with internal departments such as purchasing, sales and finance

Experience & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English
• Completed legal degree (BLaw or MLaw)
