Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Swiss market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, independent financial advisors, and investment platforms
• Distribute Opale Capital's full product range locally and enhance brand awareness
• Analyze the market and support product adaptation to local tax and regulatory environments
• In a second phase: recruit and lead a local team and take responsibility for business performance and P&L in Switzerland

This is a strategic leadership role, key to establishing and growing Opale Capital's presence nationwide across Switzerland financial ecosystems.

We're looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial leader with:

• 5+ years of experience in Private Equity, Private Debt, Asset Management, or Investment Banking, with strong exposure to unlisted assets
• Deep understanding of local distribution channels (wealth managers, private banks, institutional investors)
• Proven track record in team leadership and business development
• A solid network of local investors and partners
• Excellent skills in negotiation, leadership, and public representation
• An entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and fluency in English (German native required; French and Italian are a plus)

Based in Geneva, with regular travel across Switzerland and to HQ in France
Reports directly to the Executive Management of Opale Capital
