A leading company, working exclusively with us, is seeking a Category Development & Brand Specialist to join their team in Baar, Zug.

Your responsibilities:

1. Generate consumer and shopper insights by analyzing markets, categories, competitors, and customers while supporting channel strategies and sales entry into new markets.
2. Manage categories by setting KPIs, developing assortment and promotion strategies, and implementing tactics to drive sales, profits, and shopper value.
3. Provide business analysis, reports, and trade communication assets, while supporting in-store marketing efforts such as shopper behavior, POS materials, and shelving strategies.
4. Develop and execute local brand activations, manage media and online campaigns with the global team, and track campaign performance and budgets.

Your qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of and experience in the Swiss FMCG market and media landscape.
2. A university degree or similar further education in Marketing.
3. 3 years of experience in Category Management/Development and/or Trade & Brand Marketing.
4. Hands-on attitude with curiosity to grow and the talent to think strategically, driving results on both short and long-term.
5. Feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment, where you can collaborate and communicate on all levels.
6. Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is a must.
