Neovii Pharmaceutical AG is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Manager to join their team in Rapperswil-Jona.

This position has been assigned to Hays AG as an exclusive mandate by Neovii Pharmaceutical AG.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster Scientific Relationships: Establish and maintain high-level scientific relationships with medical opinion leaders in multiple European countries.
  • Provide Medical Information: Ensure high-quality and balanced medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific support for the Grafalon business area.
  • Organize Events and Meetings: Conduct scientific and educational meetings in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Develop External Relationships: Identify and build solid professional relationships with national and international key opinion leaders.
  • Support Research: Assist in the local and global implementation of Neovii-sponsored studies and projects, and manage clinical trials and scientific research projects.
  • Medical Planning: Contribute to the development of the medical plan and support global and local strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain Standards: Adhere to relevant global and local codes of practice and behave ethically.

Your Profile:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medtech industry.
  • Scientific degree (MSc, ideally MD or PhD).
  • Experience and knowledge in hematology and/or transplantation.
  • Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical product support, including medical affairs.
  • Language Skills: Very good command of English, ideally additional knowledge of French and German.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to critically analyze complex and dynamic data.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Expertise in the therapeutic area of hematology and/or transplantation.
  • Business acumen and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to conduct regular visits to opinion leaders in European countries.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.

Location:

  • Rapperswil-Jona, with frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time).
