The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES-HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the University of St.Gallen. It offers a broad portfolio of programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as open and company-specific continuing education courses. Your tasks

  • Co-lead the Executive School's board-level activities, ensuring successful growth and sustainable performance
  • Expand and develop relationships to board members and corporate partners
  • Provide access to new board networks
  • Lead the financial performance, operational excellence and overall quality of the programs
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Master's Degree in strategy, business or management, law, economics, social sciences, international relations, or similar fields; a PhD is an advantage
  • Substantial leadership roles in practice (e.g. corporate career at executive level, partner in leading professional services firm, or similar)
  • Proven experience in executive education at a leading business school, particularly with C-level and board audiences
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics, as demonstrated through extensive board experience in various contexts (large, listed, private, state-owned, family-controlled companies etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure; collaborative and flexible attitude
  • Fluent in English and German
