Manager Operational Procurement 100% (f/m/d)

Your Daily Contribution

• Act as a contact person for external suppliers and interface with project management, engineering, production, internal sales, quality and logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies (incl. NCR Communication), and maintain strong relationship with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and provide regular reporting on relevant KPIs to senior management including ESG and EOHS relevant figures and topics.
• Participate and lead internal projects.
• Lead a local team at BCAG of procurement specialists and ensure the achievement of departmental goals and ensure efficient operation.

• BSc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
• Knowledge of market research and procurement best practices.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Self-driven personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
