Our principal manufacturing facility in Plan-les-Ouates is complemented by a second manufacturing site in Le Brassus, (VD, Switzerland).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Performance Director drives the strategic and operational performance of our network. In close collaboration with international markets, this senior leadership role is pivotal in optimizing business forecasting, merchandising, stock allocation, and overall performance across all channels and international markets.
  • The Business Performance Director leads and develops a team of 9, ensuring that all network performance strategies, business planning, and supply chain coordination align with our company’s growth objectives. Market knowledge, expertise and understanding, analytical expertise and strategic mindset will be crucial in supporting sales forecasting, reporting, and performance optimization.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Performance
  • You oversee Forecasting & Reporting of Performance, by Market, by Network.
  • You build all Budget and LE exercises in close collaboration with Finance departments.
  • You provide strategic recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • You develop and maintain sales forecasts as well as business reports.
  • You analyse Network, Business and Product Performance, identifying growth opportunities.
  • You present Performance insights and strategic recommendations to Management.
  • Lead the Business Performance Analysis of network and international Markets.
Merchandising & Stock Management
  • You oversee assortment planning and stock allocation across the Retail network.
  • You lead the Product Performance Analysis of Collections, SKUs and Novelties.
  • You establish product lifecycles and relevant stock monitoring in collaboration with key departments.
  • You work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • You manage, mentor and develop a team of 9 people across Performance Management, Business Planning, and Analysis.
  • You foster cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail Operations teams.
Requirements

You are motivated by:

  • Gaining some experience within the Commercial department of Vacheron Constantin.
  • Joining a great and highly professional team.
You Have
  • A Master’s degree in Commercial, Business Planning and Performance (or similar).
  • 10–15 years of experience in Retail, with strong expertise in Business Performance Management, Planning and Merchandising.
  • Experience in International Retail Markets.
  • Proven Leadership skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
