Are you an experienced Corporate Lawyer with know-how in:

• SEC Reporting?
• Coordinating audit processes?
• Corporate governance management?
• Financing transactions (incl. ship financing)?

If you also bring these skills to the table, we are looking forward to your application:

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier law firms and in-house roles
• Legal background from the UK or the US (additional qualifications from Switzerland, Germany or France are a plus)
• Full professional fluency in English; German or French are an asset
