Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities for global tender projects
  • Develop bid projects in collaboration with a diverse multinational team
  • Create technical solutions and plant concepts tailored to client specifications and inquiry requirements
  • Organize and conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and seminars
  • Manage the bid process, including technical specifications, reporting, scheduling, and cost estimation
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and global locations to resolve technical and project-related issues and ensure accurate cost calculation
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to align on technical requirements and tasks
  • Handle equipment inquiries and negotiate offers with suppliers in cooperation with procurement and technical management teams
  • Prepare both technical and commercial offers with a focus on cost control and adherence to deadlines
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers, in line with company policies and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a technical university
  • Basic knowledge and experience in industrial plant construction
  • Familiarity with iron ore agglomeration technologies
  • Experience in project management or bid project management
  • Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Proficiency in English
