ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY

Meaningful, sustainable, agile. Connected, innovative, modern. Unique, dynamic, international.

With 360°-communication and control center solutions, we create safety in the field of public safety, industry and transport. In the symbiosis of innovation, quality and state-of-the-art technology with sustainable benefits, we create highly available, innovative technical solutions for emergency call responding, resource management and alerting.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Build the application: Design and implement key features in our test automation platform using TypeScript to provide insights over test coverage, trends, and team metrics.
  • Frontend & UX: Create intuitive interfaces that help teams understand what is failing, what is flaky and what needs fixing.
  • Collaborate cross-team: You will work closely with your user base - testers, developers, product owners and scrum masters across multiple teams. Your code will support team workflows and decision-making.
  • As part of the team you will own the API design, UI & UX and you will be responsible for code quality, performance and maintainability. You will participate in reviews, CI/CD and be responsible for clean and testable code.
  • You will join daily standups, planning using Kanban and hold retros to focus on improvements.
  • You will explore and integrate the use of AI to support complex test failure analysis and more.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You bring solid experience in Node.js and TypeScript, and you’re confident working with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
  • You are familiar with RESTful APIs, data visualization, and know how to design intuitive UIs that make complex data easy to understand.
  • You have experience working with MariaDB (or other SQL databases) and feel comfortable designing efficient data models and writing optimized SQL queries.
  • You have worked with CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and understand what it takes to ship reliable software in an agile setup.
  • You love digging into data and building tools that give engineers better insight into quality, test coverage, and performance.
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional setup, talking to real users (testers, developers, POs, SMs) and turning their feedback into real features.
  • You value code quality, take ownership, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve team workflows.

YOUR PERSPECTIVE

  • Meaningful work & innovation: Become part of a crisis-proof family company, support life-saving organizations and work with state-of-the-art technologies to make a joint contribution to the greater good.
  • Community & diversity: Flat hierarchies, multicultural and dynamic teams as well as regular team activities and company events strengthen cohesion - we celebrate our successes together!
  • Flexibility & team spirit: Flexitime and up to 2 home office days per week - we value the personal exchange within the team on site.
  • Further development: Learn and grow with the eurofunk Academy, Tech.Talks and individual mentoring.
  • Health & sustainability: Fitness offers and lunch, as well as company health promotion. EcoVadis-certified sustainability, CO₂ compensation and environmentally friendly mobility options.
  • Accessibility: Free parking and perfect train connections
  • Modern working environment: Enjoy modern premises and ergonomic office equipment, as well as well-thought-out spaces such as Workout.Zone and Game.Zone.
