How you will make your mark:

1. Support our customers (professionals, PV installers) and SKE partners with all technical inquiries regarding the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and PV system solutions
2. Handle technical support requests as an expert and document them in the ticket system
3. Assist with commissioning, e.g., inverters or battery solutions, via phone or email
4. Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of PV system issues and provide solutions to our customers and partners
5. Support customer events and trade fairs as a technical point of contact

Hard Facts & Soft Skills:

1. Completed electrical engineering education (apprenticeship, or technical college)
2. Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energies is an advantage
3. Fluent knowledge of Romanian language and very good English
4. Strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a team are required
