This position reports to

Head of Global Marketing

Your role and responsibilities

1. Responsible for the annual planning (budgeting & prioritization) of global events and trade shows in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Product Management.
2. You coordinate trade show booth construction in line with our corporate identity and overall company strategy.
3. From concept development to execution, you oversee all processes related to exhibits and trade show materials together with our external partners.
4. You analyze event outcomes based on defined KPIs and develop recommendations for improvement for future events.

Qualifications for the role

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in trade show and event management, ideally in an international B2B environment.
• Several years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budgeting.
• As a creative and proactive individual, you work in a solution-oriented, collaborative way with a strong focus on execution.
• Taking initiative comes naturally to you - you actively contribute ideas, drive projects independently, and focus on successful implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
