Our industrial customer, based in Vienna and in the Passau area, is a leading company in the railroad industry, active worldwide and develops systems for the control and protection of infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Advising and assisting in legal matters, especially in corporate, business, lease and contract law, as well as in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts.
• Support the further professionalization of the company with the introduction of new policies or processes.
• Supporting the implementation of international tender procedures.
• Contact person for all legal issues in cooperation with patent attorneys.

Your profile

• Completed legal training.
• First professional experience in the legal department of a company or in a law firm.
• Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, lease and contract law.
• Desired: Experience in the area of Intellectual Property Rights.
• Possesses a good command of written and spoken English.
• Team spirit and reliability.
• Structured, independent and discreet way of working.
