We’re looking for individuals who possess:
- A relevant qualification in health or a related discipline.
- Leadership experience that has demonstrably driven change, improved quality, and fostered business development in healthcare or not-for-profit settings.
- Success in expanding programs, increasing client participation, and creating sustainable service models.
- A thorough understanding of the operational landscape of public and private health systems, including NDIS, My Aged Care, CHSP, and Carer Gateway.
- Strong track record in building strategic partnerships with government, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
- Creative thinker with excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM) and in preparing professional reports and documents.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief of Client and Patient Services, the Program Director – Integrated Health and Wellness will:
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional development, and creating a collaborative work environment.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand Creative Health and Palliative Care services, focusing on growing client numbers at the Brain Body Fitness Studio.
- Develop strategies for financial sustainability and explore revenue-generating models for the Brain Body Fitness Studio and related programs.
- Expand the community model of care for art therapy and creative health modalities, increasing market presence and financial stability.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including providers, businesses, and organisations, to support service expansion.
- Identify and develop new service offerings at the Brain Body Fitness Studio aligned with market needs.
- Oversee program budgets, track KPIs, ensure compliance, and contribute to performance evaluations and reporting.
