X-business branches can be found in Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck, and Lustenau. For our Innsbruck location, we are seeking support for our open position: 1 IT Support and telephone helpdesk (m/f/d) in full-time and permanent employment starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:

1. Support our customers with technical inquiries and issues
2. Conduct error analysis and resolve technical disturbances
3. Reactive and proactive troubleshooting
4. Documentation of solutions
5. Ensure customer satisfaction

Your profile:

1. Team spirit and sense of responsibility, as well as communication skills and a positive demeanor
2. Independent and solution-oriented work
3. Experience in the field of network technology
4. Enthusiasm for solving technical problems
5. Proficient in German and very good MS Office skills
6. Good English skills
7. Willingness to work

The minimum salary for the position as IT Support and telephone helpdesk (m/f/d) is 2,303.00 EUR gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
