Agile Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Our industrial customer, based in Vienna and the greater Schärding area, is a leading company in the rail industry, operating worldwide and developing systems for controlling and protecting infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient development process in the role of Agile Quality Manager
• Co-design and continuous improvement of working and development methods
• Supporting the identification and resolution of conflicts and the elimination of impediments
• Organization and moderation of Scrum events
• Close cooperation with the product owner

Your profile

• Completed training as a Scrum Master or relevant experience in this role
• Strong organizational skills as well as communication and moderation skills
• Team orientation and good people skills
• Ideally technical training in the field of computer science or experience in agile software development teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
