The Opportunity

Position: responsibility of North-West Italy, based in Turin.

What you'll get to do

Functions and responsibilities:

1. The ideal candidate will join our commercial prestige team, reported directly to the Prestige Retail Manager, and will be responsible for our top-performing retail points in the North-West of Italy, overseeing direct sales to consumers and monitoring activities related to Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, and In-Store coaching for vendeuse within the point of sales.
2. The successful candidate will be able to improve customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and profitability.
3. Management of point of sales of interest assigned in the North-West Italy area:
1. Collaboration with store manager
2. Flash training and coaching of vendeuse in store
3. Sell out activities to reach the goals of the area
4. Responsibility of Business Development and sell out growth of the area

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree
2. Languages: English and Italian are a must (written and spoken). Other languages will be considered a plus
3. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
4. Skills:
1. Negotiating skills
2. Knowledge of Excel
3. Passionate about products and beauty market
4. Ability to manage the customer
5. Strong organizational and communication skills
