Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources Direction and be a key member of the Compensation & Benefits Department.

He/she will play a crucial role in defining and implementing HR Compensation & Controlling processes at a global level.

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Collaborate in defining and implementing Compensation & Benefits processes and procedures: Salary Review, MBO, Commission Scheme, Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking, Benefits Plan definition.
  • Contribute to design, implement and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Analyze global labour costs and elaborate related reports in line with Management requirements.
  • Monitor the compliance of global processes with compensation-related issues.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of labor cost in budget/forecasting processes, collaborating with the HR Director and each company department to ensure a budget in line with business goals.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly report with personnel costs, constantly monitoring variances between actual and budget.
  • Prepare periodic reports on personnel costs and headcount for the HR Management and Company's Management.
  • Manage expatriates, ensuring proper alignment with global insurance policies and benefits frameworks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Statistics.
  • At least 4-5 years of previous experience in the same role in structured companies.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A good knowledge of another language (Spanish, French or German) will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in the use of the Office suite, especially MS Excel and Power Query.
  • Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP Success Factors will be considered a plus.
  • Confidentiality, accuracy and speed in carrying out daily activities.
  • Predisposition to critical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Advanced English level and knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
