Associate People & Reward

We are looking for an Associate with past experience in the labour law department of a leading international or Italian law firm (or in a national boutique law firm specialized in labour law), with particular expertise in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts and assistance to corporate on M&A. Advisory experience on other aspects of labour law – in particular collective dismissals, transfer of undertakings and employment relationship with senior management – is a plus, especially if gained with international clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support advising clients in all the aspects of Italian labour law
2. Support advising clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts
3. Support assisting corporate on M&A
4. Training trainees and stagiares

Key requirements:

1. Law degree with first-class academic records
2. Avvocato, qualified in Italy
3. 1-3 years PQE gained within the labour law department of a leading international or national law firm (or within a national boutique law firm specialized in labour law)
4. Track record of working for a leading international or national law firm (or national boutique law firms specialized in labour law)
5. Expertise in corporate assistance
6. Expertise in advising clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts
7. Fluent English, both spoken and written
8. Able to work constructively and effectively as part of a team
9. Committed to providing an excellent service to our clients
10. Proactive involvement in business development and knowledge management
11. Good interpersonal skills
