Studio BOUM is hiring a senior event producer to join its team in Milan.

Studio BOUM is a luxury event production studio producing fashion shows, immersive brand experiences, and high-profile events. With a strong reputation in London, we are expanding into Milan, bringing our signature design-led production expertise to Italy.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer for a six-month contract to lead high-value luxury events, working closely with international brands, creative teams, and production partners. You will take ownership of complex projects while shaping the foundation of Studio BOUM’s Milan presence.

Key responsibilities:

• oversee and manage luxury events from fashion shows to bespoke activations
• client leadership – manage high-profile relationships and ensure top-tier service
• budget control – handle budgets from €150K to €2M+, ensuring efficiency
• team management – oversee junior producers and external partners
• oroduction and logistics – lead supplier coordination, venue scouting, and live execution
• fast-paced adaptation – drive success in shorter project timelines

What we look for:

• extensive experience in producing fashion, luxury, and large-scale events
• ability to balance creative vision, logistical execution, and financial control
• a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure (especially during Fashion Week)
• expertise in set design, lighting, and high-end event production
• fluent in Italian and English
• based in Milan or willing to relocate for the contract period.

Contract details:
