Digital Project Specialist

Reports to : Senior Digital Manager SE

Job Purpose :

Managing Digital Assets to guarantee the correct functioning of the business, to develop new projects and to optimize the performance with the goal to create the best digital experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assets Management: responsible for managing, updating, and improving all digital channels (website, mobile app, ATM machine).
2. Content Optimization: manage a CMS to ensure all digital channels are updated and optimized according to the content calendar based on movies, campaigns, and promotions.
3. Project Coordination: coordinate digital projects in alignment with the line manager, manage agencies, and work closely with the international group to meet deadlines while supplying accurate reports.
4. Administrative Tasks: support the line manager with budget control, purchase order creation, and monitoring, while maintaining relationships with digital suppliers.
5. Analysis and Reporting: utilize platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad servers to create international reports focusing on digital KPIs and prepare presentations.
6. Digital Advertising: create advertising campaigns with external suppliers using various promotion methods such as programmatic, RTB, native, mobile advertising, and explore new opportunities.

Requirements :

1. Education in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles.
3. Fluent in English and Italian.
4. Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Adobe Analytics.
5. Knowledge of API (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and CRO tools (e.g., HotJar, Optimizely, CrazyEgg).
6. Soft skills: Teamwork, Flexibility, Enthusiasm, and Proactivity.
