Weiheng is looking for a Sales Director to lead and further develop its energy storage business in Italy. The Sales Director’s focus will be to lead this diverse region and develop a customer base of leading Distributors, Installation Partners/EPCs, IPPs, and Developers to further grow the Weiheng business. This role will suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. Weiheng is seeking an individual with extensive experience in residential and commercial scale solar sales in particular. The candidate will need to have the vision and experience to manage senior-level business relationships in this region and cooperate with peers leading similar businesses throughout the world. Strong interpersonal and internal coordination skills will be required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The Sales Director will lead the sales team in this region, be home-based, and will report directly to the CSO. Sales back-office and other support functions are based in Wuxi, China, where occasional coordination meetings will be held.
