Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Parma. This role focuses on managing and developing B2B relationships with international travel agencies, contributing to our company's growth in the luxury travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with international travel agency clients
  • Organize and conduct engaging webinars to showcase our destinations and services
  • Create and distribute targeted newsletters to maintain client engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate customer performance metrics
  • Handle customer account management and onboarding
  • Collaborate with our international team to ensure excellent service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, SAP, or Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar tools)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for luxury travel and cultural awareness
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
