What you will do

Single contact point for the in-warranty repairs link with a spare parts. Responsible for second level product exchanges approval for missing spare parts and verification of correct application of the process from our countries.

Main Activities:

• Mapping and update documentation of policy application in each country
• Responsible for the second level product exchanges approval: verification and evaluation of the procedure, put in place actions and follow-up situation to speed up deliveries
• Review performance with countries and identify possible areas of improvements
• Analyze orders linked with in-warranty repairs and identify/put in place corrective action where it’s requested to guarantee delivery in time
• Focus on orders linked with spare parts in warranty and check orders fields/contains.
• Analyze forecasts and historical data to identify actions to guarantee the target of products exchanges approvals

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
• Maximum 2 years logistics experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft package
• Fluent English and Italian
• Excellent skills of synthesis and analysis
