Junior Marketing Specialist - Internship

HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (a German healthcare listed company), is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist - Internship in our corporate offices in Verona. S/he will contribute to the development, in collaboration with the Marketing Department, of strategies, solutions, and marketing actions to ensure the success of the range of products and services in the target market of Paul Hartmann S.p.A.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing team in tender preparation;
• Support, in collaboration with the Department, marketing projects;
• Support launch and product development;
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies at the level of products, solutions, and on-site promotion;
• Manage the continuous planning of training/information activities on products and solutions to strengthen sales;
• Develop and create customer mailings;
• Keep the web channel updated;
• Prepare brochures, gadgets, promotional material, etc.;
• Organize events for clients;
• Support the organization of fairs and promotional events;
• Carry out market analysis activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills (relational skills, technical argumentation, public presentations);
• Organizational and multitasking skills;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of the English language.
