RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of Guerlain’s Marketing Team, the intern will support the Trade Marketing Manager within the following activities:
- Support the Trade Marketing Specialist on a selected panel of retailers
- Help with setting up the 360 linked to animation
- Develop and manage reports, analysis, and presentations
- Send activities’ planning, briefs and reports to local agencies
- Support gift + POSM orchestration
- Track and analyze trade activities results
- Deal with local agency to create materials for trade marketing activities
- Collaborate with other complementary functions within the brand (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, PR, digital)
- Reporting on priority launches & visibility
PROFILE:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other related field
- Previous experience in the Beauty Industry will be considered a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint); SAP will be considered a plus
- Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset
- Out of the box approach
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent level of English
