Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time on-site position as an Electronics Production Manager in our Engineering (telescopes and optical communication) department.

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing the prototyping and production processes for electronic systems.
2. Acting as the interface between the development department and the prototyping/production laboratory.
3. Ensuring production efficiency and addressing any issues that arise during the production and testing phases.

Requirements

1. Practical experience with electronic circuits.
2. A hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
3. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
6. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
