Job description and responsibilities
Lifestyle Design is implementing a new group ERP system based on MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The system will be integrated with other software applications. The ones related to finance are Piteco and Kyriba (treasury systems), Zucchetti and ADP (payroll systems), SAP/BPC (global finance reporting system) and Vertex for sales tax in the US market. The project is directed and led by the Italian headquarters. The internal project team is composed of 15 members.

The candidate will join the Finance Team inside the IT Department. He/she will report to the Project Manager with a focus on the new ERP roll-out and then will join the internal application team.

He/she will be in charge of:

1. Conducting fit/gap analysis and defining if system requirements are global (group core model) or local.
2. Leading the full life-cycle of charge requests (definition of functional requirements, testing, release, and training).
3. Performing and supervising application setup.
4. Giving direction for data migration and, where applicable, directly performing it.
5. Ensuring strong collaboration with internal team members and the system integrator’s team.
6. Dealing with impacts generated by the implementation of the new ERP system to the group’s organizations.

Technical Requirements

1. 3+ years Dynamics AX or D365 F&O implementation experience.
2. 2+ full lifecycle implementations and experience in large and international IT projects.
3. Knowledge of PowerBI and Power Platform.
4. Expertise in accounting and controlling processes. It is preferred to have knowledge in other areas like sales, purchases, and inventory management.
5. Strong knowledge of project methodologies (DevOps).

Education and Professional Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technology-related BA/BS.
2. MS certification on Dynamics365.
3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
4. Ability to work in large and international teams and travel.
5. Strong time management skills.
6. Passion for learning.
