About the Job:

As a Communication & Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing Mitas external and internal communications and ensuring the brand governance for the Mitas brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Governance:
    • Secure consistency and coherence of the Mitas branding policy at 360°, across all the tools both off and online, sites, products, and services;
    • Coordinate the visual identity of all business segments to support brand reputation and positioning;
    • Implement and control both short- and long-term Communications Plan in accordance with Communication and Brand Director.
  2. External Communications: Design and execute a PR, Media & Communications plan.
  3. PR & Events:
    • Execute participation in the most relevant international exhibitions;
    • Design, develop and activate the PR strategy feeding the relevant channels and tools;
    • Coordinate local events, reporting and calendar.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Communication Agency or communication department of a BtoB company;
  • Fluent in English language;
  • Good knowledge of Media, Press Office, and Social Media Management;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
