We are looking for an experienced secondary school teaching assistant to be able to join the Southwark schools team and support the learning of young minds throughout key stage 3.

Rate of Pay: £85-£95 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional support to children both 1:1 and in groups.
* Engaging with students to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborating with teachers and other staff members.
* Help pupils develop their skills, to be able to promote their overall well-being.

* Applicant must be a graduate with an interest in education and training to be able to work as a secondary school teaching assistant in Southwark
* If successful the applicant would be required to work KS3 across classes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of pupil’s applicant should be patient, empathetic, and flexible to adapt to the changing needs of pupils.
