Company Overview: Collective Minds is a leading innovator in medical imaging collaboration, providing a global SaaS B2B platform that enables seamless clinical collaboration, education, and research. We cater to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where trust and long-term relationships are paramount. Our average sales cycle spans approximately six months.

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in our marketing, product, and sales teams, focusing on funnel analysis and leveraging data to optimize our go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive collaboration across teams (marketing, SDR, product, sales, customer success) to align and execute growth hacking initiatives towards business goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve marketing effectiveness continuously.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Skills & qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth hacking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience optimization.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush).
  • Experience with Data Analytics methods and tools (e.g. AWS RedShift, PowerBI)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth hacking strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to self-start and drive a highly collaborative environment in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycles in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in English
