Role overview

ACK3 is on the hunt for an accountant who thrives on organization, loves handling invoices, enjoys interacting with people, and excels at task resolution. As part of our team, you’ll be entrusted with managing accounting and administrative documentation, addressing personnel needs, and handling telephone inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Accounting management: Daily accounting entries, expense and receipt management, invoice requests from suppliers, and bank reconciliations.
• Administrative management: Utilizing the Holded program (prior experience not required), drafting agreements with new clients, and document filing among other administrative duties.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement: Embrace each challenge with a smile, seeking solutions and potential enhancements within your company role.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site in Alcobendas, with a potential move to the Herrera Oria area in Madrid.
• Holds a degree in business administration, economics, or similar, with accounting knowledge and a desire to grow in this field.
• Basic proficiency in tools such as email, Zoom, Meet, Google Drive, along with essential software related to your role (Word, Excel, etc.).
• 2-3 years of experience with a strong initiative to learn and develop professionally.
• English proficiency at B1 level.

What we offer

We’re looking for someone to join us on a full-time, permanent contract basis. The package includes:

• Professional development: Access to an extensive library of company resources for your professional growth.
• Salary: €24,000 gross per year, distributed in 12 monthly payments.
• Work hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
