This is what you can do:

  • Perform root cause analysis on actual program delays and risk assessment on hidden further delays
  • VSM of existing processes and assessment/identification of actual problem areas (process, people, tools)
  • Map current capabilities in Engineering departments and After Sales set up
  • Create transparency on current activities/work packages outsourced
  • Define future targets for core-/non-core vs make/buy
  • Develop consolidation plan for outsourcing volume and supplier optimization
  • Define To-Be for the After Sales set up and create transformation plan
  • Define optimized processes and governance for the COO perimeter
  • Support COO and HO Engineering in executing the transformation plan by driving dedicated restructuring projects
  • Actively drive the change process
  • Work against defined Company Financial Target (FMP) to meet schedule for overall ECO Program Plan

You’ll bring this with you:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • At least five years of professional experience in the aviation industry, e.g. in the field of product planning, strategy, Project Engineering.
  • Very good written and oral knowledge in English. German knowledge is preferable.
  • Experience in VSM, project management, cross-functional team coordination and restructuring of processes and organizations
  • Analytical, structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
  • High empathy to deliver results which the organization is ready to deliver
