We are looking for an experienced and talented

Global Head of Digital Marketing Communications (m/f/d)

to lead global MarCom efforts for Dentsply Sirona’s Equipment Team (CTS – Connected Technology Solutions). This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling marketing communications strategy, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all products, channels and geographies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital communications, and product storytelling. They should be highly collaborative, able to navigate a global matrix organization, and have experience working in a highly regulated medical device industry.

Your role:

1. Develop and execute a global marketing communications strategy for CTS in alignment with Dentsply Sirona’s corporate and product-level messaging.
2. Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging framework for CTS product lines, ensuring differentiation and market impact.
3. Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, events, and sales enablement) to drive engagement and business growth.
4. Manage a team of marketing communications professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Digital Marketing, Commercial, and Corporate Communications.
5. Optimize and oversee content development for product launches, events, and digital platforms, ensuring global consistency.
6. Align marketing communication efforts with business goals, ensuring support for revenue generation and brand equity.
7. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine messaging and strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate branding guidelines.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in global marketing communications, brand management, or corporate communications, ideally in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry.
3. Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B healthcare or technology-driven environment.
4. Experience managing high-performing teams and working in a global matrix organization.
5. Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and event marketing.
6. Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
7. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing communications.
8. Excellent storytelling and content development skills, with experience creating engaging customer-centric messaging.
9. Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and performance measurement.
10. Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across business units and geographies.
11. Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital advertising platforms.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German and/or Japanese is a plus.
14. 20% travel, including global events and internal business meetings.
