IT Support / IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d)

Join to apply for the IT Support / IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d) role at SCHULZ Systemtechnik.

Your Tasks

You will be part of our internal IT department at our headquarters in Visbek and work with the IT helpdesk team to support our SCHULZ locations throughout Germany.

  • Independent acceptance, analysis, and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications, and peripheral devices in the IT helpdesk team.
  • Documentation, prioritization, and escalation in the ticket system (OTRS).
  • Contributing to the IT processes and IT support for 1,000 colleagues at approx. 15 locations.
  • Escalation and transfer of tickets to the internal IT teams and 3rd party support.
  • Installation, maintenance, and configuration of internal computers (hardware and software).

What You Bring With You

  • You have completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist in system integration) or have relevant practical experience in this field.
  • You have knowledge of the Windows client environment, Office, Active Directory, etc.
  • You enjoy dealing with people and are strong in communication and problem-solving.
  • You are characterized by high customer and service orientation.
