To ensure cohesive and engaging communication across all platforms and to drive the development of the eccenca brand, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager at the next possible date.

The Role

• You will continuously develop the eccenca brand, including the redesign of the company website.
• You will develop innovative marketing strategies and create efficient marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and contribute to lead generation.
• You will ensure consistent communication across all communication channels and, with the support of colleagues from Product & Sales, continuously generate content for the website, blog, newsletter, and social media communication, especially LinkedIn.
• You will organize events and support colleagues from Sales in positioning and marketing eccenca at relevant events.
• You will build up a network of journalists in order to promote eccenca on the PR side in the future.
• You are responsible for planning and monitoring the marketing budget.
• You will manage the marketing agency.

What We Expect From You

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing & communication.
• Experience in the B2B sector is desired.
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as the ability to define and control processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner as well as in a team.
• High level of communication and consulting skills.
• Strong interest in innovation & artificial intelligence.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Fluency in German and English.
