We are looking for an experienced employee in the field of software & digitization (M/F/D)

• Weißenburg in Bavaria

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Document management with DocuWare (mainly cloud)
• Time recording with ReinerSCT TimeCard
• CRM & ERP, merchandise management, helpdesk etc. with weclapp!
• Accounting & e-invoicing with Lexware Office
• Active support for selected existing customers
• Support and maintenance of our customers' software via remote maintenance
• User support for IT issues by phone, email and remote maintenance
• You carry out an inventory of the existing work processes in your customers' companies
• You work with your customers to identify their bottlenecks in their day-to-day work and develop IT solutions
• You drive the digitalization of business processes for your customers
• You optimize workflows in companies through the intelligent use of modern IT solutions
• You organize the introduction of new IT solutions for your customers from A to Z
• You carry out these projects from A to Z independently and, if necessary, with the support of other employees
• You document the projects in detail in our wiki system
• You hand over the projects you have completed to the customer in full, including training and instruction
