Position: AI Algorithm Developer (Python to C++)

Qualifications:

1. Matura or Engineering degree.
2. Fluent in German and English.

Additional Qualifications:

1. IT skills: Python, AI frameworks, software development.
2. Driving license is not mandatory.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Professional Experience:

Previous experience in AI/Electrical engineering or related fields is beneficial.

Tasks / Activities:

AI Algorithm Development:

1. Development and testing of AI systems and algorithms.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
3. Regularly maintaining and improving AI models.
4. Documenting code and system changes and ensuring the accuracy of results.

Python to C++ Implementation:

1. Map Python constructs into optimized C++ code.
2. Use C++ machine learning libraries to enhance performance.
3. Validate outputs and ensure consistency between Python and C++ implementations.
4. Focus on portability, maintainability, and overall system efficiency.

Immediacy

Gross Salary:

Starting salary depending on experience and qualifications.

Flexible working hours: 8.5 to 38.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (Remote: Occasionally).

Overtime will be compensated with time off.
