A VIP Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing high-end food and beverage service to VIP guests. The role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure a premium guest experience.

1. Provide personalized, high-quality service to VIP guests, ensuring a luxurious dining experience.
2. Greet and escort VIP guests to their tables, making them feel welcomed and valued.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders while making expert recommendations based on guest preferences.
4. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all requests are met with efficiency and professionalism.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
6. Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored service without waiting for requests.
7. Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalized preferences discreetly and efficiently.
8. Ensure VIP areas remain clean, organized, and elegantly presented at all times.
9. Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
10. Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service.
11. Follow all health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

1. Previous experience as a VIP Waiter/Waitress in luxury hospitality or beach club operations.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong knowledge of beach club operations, beverages, and cocktails.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining elegance and composure.
5. Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional demeanor.
6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
7. Strong teamwork skills and collaborative mindset.
8. Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
