Nair Systems is currently looking for a Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Education & Professional Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, including creating software documentation.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and software.
• Strong knowledge on Configuration Tools like Gitlab and DevOps.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in understanding and explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of best practices in information design and user experience.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
• Banking knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document Creation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, API documentation, and release notes.
• Content Review: Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other team members to gather information and review technical specifications.
• Research: Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, staying current with industry best practices and technologies.
• User-Centered Approach: Develop documentation with the end user in mind, making complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Document Organization: Create well-structured and organized documentation that allows users to easily navigate and find the information they need.
• Document Maintenance: Keep existing documentation up to date, revising content as needed to reflect changes in the product or service.
• Visual Aids: Create or collaborate with designers to include appropriate diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance document clarity.
• Style and Consistency: Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all documentation.
• Version Control: Maintain version control for documentation, ensuring the correct versions are available for users.
• Compliance: Ensure that documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
