To assist the execution of recruitment and sourcing activities of CB and all its subsidiaries in order to select the most suitable candidates in line with CB requirements and standards to enable it to meet its operational and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment Process
Liaise with respective line managers and refer to other sources of information such as job descriptions to gather information on the recruitment needs and the type of employee required for the job role in order to recruit an appropriate candidate.
Collate the initial list of candidates compiled through website or other sources of application, perform the initial screening of CVs and forward to hiring manager.
Assist the administration of online assessments, interviews or assessment centres where required in order to enable an efficient administration of the candidate selection process.
Effective Strategic Recruitment & Onboarding
Create candidate pipeline that forecast talent shortages and surpluses.
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business.
Collaboration – works closely with the various stakeholders to establish and deliver on department’s strategies, procedures and deliverables.
Conduct the pre-employment and post-joining administrative procedures for the selected candidates such as documents for onboarding team, reference checks, and CV validation in order to ensure their smooth and timely onboarding in CB.
Continuous Improvement Process & Technology
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Continues recruitment process improvements which leads to improvement in recruiting results and overall outputs.
Ensure efficient processes and technology.
Vendor Management
Evaluate new providers, negotiate, discuss and seek line manager approval to engage recruitment agency.
Ownership to ensure its legally vetted and signed off by compliance as well.
Prepare template and share for necessary approvals once agreed with Head of Talent and Resourcing - Manage relationships with vendors and ensure that all documents are in place.
Manage renewal of contracts, negotiate and prepare necessary Memo.
Other Accountabilities
Contract Management System
Ownership to ensure all recruitment providers are on the system.
Check and receive notifications when contracts are up for renewal.
Update for any new providers or termination of services.
Analytics & Reporting
Enable Data-Driven selection processes that drive greater accuracy in recruitment decisions.
Improve Quality of Reporting.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to all recruitment and onboarding SOPs with no exceptions/ no future major audit findings (any exception to be justified by a person holding valid DOA).
