Senior Interior Designer - Fit Out

A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Preliminary and Final Design stages of any Project from 3D to Working / Shop Drawings.
2. Prepares reports and specifications; including review of reports, plans, cost estimates and calculations.
3. Oversee the building contract and monitor the work in terms of quality, progress, and costs as closely as is reasonably possible.
4. Ability to produce shop Drawings & detailing of all Interior design fields from floor to ceiling.
5. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
6. Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical & lighting design and calculation.
7. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
