Project: Secondment of staff and on-call professional services for the airport expansion project.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking security systems manager to join our established and growing team in Qatar.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

1. Managing the development and strategic management of digital delivery, encompassing BIM, CAD, GIS, CDE, digital solutions, and data management.
2. Creating and overseeing the organisation’s digital roadmap.
3. Being proficient in BIM and digital delivery methodologies.
4. Developing and implementing organization-wide digital guidelines, processes, and standards.
5. Improving automation tools, software, and workflows.
6. Creating discipline-specific BIM models at project initiation.
7. Developing project-specific BIM standards.
8. Setting up and managing drawings production processes.
9. Managing design clash detection processes.
10. Ensuring efficient coordination of BIM models and data.
11. Ensuring design consultant adheres to client's BIM requirements.
12. Supporting client's stakeholder training and understanding of client's BIM information based on operation needs.
13. Leveraging the latest construction digital technology to a construction team from all project stakeholders.
14. Chairing BIM meetings with project stakeholders.
15. Managing BIM-related escalation procedures.

About You

You have a bachelor’s degree in architecture. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
