Overview of the role:

Delighting the customers by generating the sales to achieve or exceed the targets along with maintaining overall attractive displays, keeping stock safely and maintaining retail standards at an optimum level.

What you will do:

Description of Accountability:
  1. Attend to customers to offer company products (watches) and explain the benefits along with the product features and pricing to achieve good sales performance.
  2. Maintain and upkeep the showroom with an attractive display of watches.
  3. Motivate potential customers.
  4. Maintain daily sales and stock registers, updating them day to day.
  5. Assist the shop in charge in checking the inventory levels and requesting replenishments.
  6. At the end of work shift, check and handover the stock and cash to the sales in charge.
  7. Assist sales in charge with frequent display changes and provide new ideas to give the shop a fresh look.
  8. Assist sales in charge in identifying aging items in stock.

Required Skills to be successful:

  1. The Sales Executive should have a friendly and engaging personality and be comfortable working with the general public.
  2. Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
  3. Confident, helpful, polite, and physically fit.

What equips you for the role:

  1. High School (Bachelor Preferred)
  2. 3-4 years’ experience in the watch industry.
  3. Proven ability to achieve goals.
  4. Good personality.
  5. Excellent relationship skills.
  6. Accountability.
