The incumbent is responsible for the proper implementation of the Compliance strategies to be adopted by the International Compliance Department and for participating in its continuous enhancement of the Compliance frameworks and corporate governance arrangements. The incumbent should perform compliance reviews at international entities, and implement an effective follow-up process. In addition, the incumbent should also remain abreast of all regulatory developments at international entities and ensure that they are adequately implemented in the various systems, controls and processes.
Bachelor Degree with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology with professional qualifications such as CFE / CIA / CRMA / CAMS.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a major financial institution or Big 4 audit firm.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and Arabic.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
